Kidney transplant for Jackie Botta

Myself and my wife are trying to raise funds to offset the cost of our daughter's kidney transplant. Jackie was diagnosed with FSGS Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis disease Nephrotic Syndrome on February 28, 2016. There is currently no known cure for Nephrotic Syndrome. Jackie is currently attending college at Western Connecticut State University and has been an active advocate for her disease. Her kidneys have been slowly declining in function since then but have taken a turn for the worse and she is going to need the transplant as soon as we can find her a kidney.  As we are going through all of this, we just found out that insurance only covers 20% each.  Thank goodness we have double insurance, but we still need $600,000 to pay for the out of pocket fees.
