Hello, my name is Amanda Munoz and this fundraiser is for my Dad, Gabriel Munoz. He doesn't know I have set this up, and I'd like to keep it that way, because he could ask me to take it down out of pride.

About a year ago we found out my Dad has Stage 4 Kidney Failure caused by Diabetes. My Dad has always been a healthy person. Always active and eating healthy foods. His health conditions have come as a complete shock to our family.

I'm asking friends and family to help us with the financial means to get him a Kidney Transplant. We want him to live as long as possible, because he deserves a longer life, but also because he is the greatest Papa I could have asked for my Daughter. He is my Daughter's favorite person and currently the only father figure she has. I want her to remember her Papa and how much she loves him, so we need him for many more years.

Please help us make that happen.
