Kidney transplant expenses for David & Jake

Meet David:

David has been the love of my life for the past 17 years. Three years after we met, he suffered a stroke which left him with limited use of his left side. As the years have passed, David has been dealing with the progression of kidney failure; he is now at stage 5 and needs a kidney transplant.

Meet Jake:

God brought Jake into our lives almost a year ago. His mother is a wonderful friend who brought her son to church one day. When he was introduced to David and his mother explained that David needed a kidney, he selflessly responded, "I'll do it." We are very grateful to Jake for this gift of life and love.

We have a scheduled surgery date at the beginning of August.

I am asking for help for Jake as he will be off work for a month and does not have any vacation or sick leave to cover his wages.

I also ask for help with David's recovery deductible and future costs.
