Kidney transplant

We need help with the things insurance doesn't cover lodging, food, and transportation.  My wife hasn't worked since September because of breast cancer. We are on the downhill side of that thank God, but getting to the transplant center while maintaining our house and food is expensive.  The security of knowing we would be okay would help to relieve the stress on my wife.  Thank you in advance.
