Kidney replacement surgery for Arturo Aguilar

My uncel Arturo has been fighting with kidney disease and dialysis for 10 years. His wife is also very sick of kidney failure and has a 25 year old daugter with ceribal palsie. He is the sole provider for his family with odd jobs here and there in between his dialysis every other day. Now he has goten word that he is able to get his kidney put in but he needs to put the deductible on his insurance that is $7000. Aside from that he will need to move down to Utah for 3 months to be able to get his aftercare at the hospital everyday. He needs a lot of help for medical expenses and living arrangements down in Utah. Please help him be able to live an other 46 years. Thank you again.
