Update: Leontae, has been blessed with a kidney! Last night 4.18.17 he successfully overcame the 10 hour Kidney transplant surgery and is currently in recovery!

Leontae suffers from a Chronic Kidney Disease called Nephrotic Syndrome. For ten years he has undergone dialysis three times a week. In June 2009, Leontae was blessed to receive a kidney transplant, however, because of another disease Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), the kidney failed. Since the complications of the transplant Leontae has had to have his native kidneys removed and is in "DIRE" need of a new kidney from a "Living Donor."
Withstanding every complication, Leontae has continued to endure with the biggest heart and warmest smile.
