My name is Ana Jessica Martinez , i am 23 years old with only one kidney that is only working at its 5% i would like to ask for everyone for their help today it doesnt have to be much but i would really appreciate it with all my heart as most of yall know i have a 3 year old that needs me and i need her shes all i got i made a go fund me because i have a lot of people asking were they can donate so that i am able to have a transplant thankyou and i appreciate everyone thats been their for me my friends are like gold .
