Hi everyone,
My name is Joe Collier. I am starting a campaign to help my step daughter (Adair) who is need of a kidney replacement.
Hers is a great story. She is 29 years old now but has had kidney failure since she was very young. Ten years ago she was in dire need for a kidney replacement with apparently no options. She was extremely fortunate in that her birth mother (my ex-wife) donated one of her kidneys, which allowed Adair to lead as normal a life as possible. A short three years later that kidney failed and was dead. Then, not long ago her remaining kidney failed. He birth brother was a match and he agreed to donate one of his kidneys. Unfortunately, he did not pass all the required tests with the Kidney Association of America thus leaving Adair stranded without much hope as she wasn’t placed on the kidney list because of the belief that her brother was going to work out for her. Today she is on dialysis every day with a permanent tube in her abdomen with dialysis every day with no kidney.
A miracle of miracles just happened. For a one in a million chance, even though Adair is my step-daughter, it turns out that I am a perfect match for her. So, I have decided to step up and donate one of my kidneys for her. I can’t tell you how blessed I feel to be able to do this for her. Making this an even greater story is that she and I have not been very close for the past decade. She lives in Florida and I live in California. This truly is a miracle on all fronts.
Now comes the hard part. In order to complete this miracle, we need some financial assistance. In that light I have created a Go Fund Me campaign and it would mean more than I can tell you to Adair and our family if you could check out my GoFundMe campaign with some more details:

Your support would mean a lot to me.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Joe
