Hi my name is Donte and I am fund raising to assist in paying for prescriptions, transportation to doctors appointments and any monetary help that will help supplement my medical expenses as I take this journey to rebuild my existing kidney from disease & failure. If the current medications do not work I will be a candidate for transplant therapy.

I am a chef at a high pace Miami restaurant, due to my abrupt illness I had to take a significant amout of time from work with no pay. In addition I will onlu be returning to employment part-time.
