Hi, my name is Billi, and my son Jay Conrad is a LEO in North Carolina, he is battling PKD or polycystic kidney disease in its advanced stages. Even with insurance the medical bills are way above his pay. He is a father of a 4 yr old little boy who needs him. Jay is one of the kindest, caring and proud individuals I know. He loves his job and his community and would and has helped above and beyond being a LEO. Even through his pain he shows up whenever/wherever he is needed. and will not lay down for this disease.
