Kidney and pancreas transplant for Consuela

Hi my name is Paula and I’m raising money for my daughter. Her name is Consuela. She’s 30 years old. Consuela has been a Type 1 diabetic since she was 9 years old. Growing up diabetic came with many challenges. In 2017 she was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney failure. At that time she had to start dialysis. She currently does dialysis 5 days a week at home. Dialysis along with other health issues has started to take its toll on her body. Recently the Mayo Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida reached out to her and got her in to see their team of specialist. There she underwent a series of tests and procedures. The team was able to come up with a plan of action to get Consuela listed on the transplant list. The most major one being the cost of her aftercare and medications. We are asking for your help. No donation is too small. The sooner we complete this fundraiser. The closer she’ll be to getting her transplant.
