My name is Amber and my father, Ray Leonard, is in need of a kidney as he is dying from polycystic kidney disease. He has been battling this disease for years and can't fight this anymore without the cure of a new kidney. He will need to be on antirejection medications for the rest of his life which will be very costly.

If you know my father, he helps all. He is very active in our sons lives.
