Hi, my name is Surjeet I’ve never done anything like this before but I’m really struggling with raising funds for my son’s kidney transplant.

My son has been diagnosed with stage 5 kidney failure and Crohn’s disease. He is named Harpal meaning “one protected by God”.

I have managed to find a matching donor in India but need the finances to get him here to do the operation and support me in nursing them better once this transplant goes ahead.

I know this is a lot to ask but this is my last resort, I’m struggling mentally to fight this alone, if anyone at all can help, u would be saving a life

My son means the world to me and to think I might lose him because of a financial problem makes me feel very sad.
