Remembering Nolan Luther

On October 22nd Sheridan was admitted to the University of Washington's labor and delivery for dangerously high blood pressure.  The doctor's discovered a Pheochromocytoma on her right adrenal gland: A rare, horomone excreteing tumor causing high blood pressure, headaches, and a list of symptoms that Sher had been suffering from for years. After a couple weeks of monitoring and medical care to get her blood pressure to a safe level, there was a successful surgery to remove the adrenal gland. Sheridan was released from the hospital, and it seemed that the rest of the pregnancy would be smooth sailing for there on out. 

However, on December 3rd, at 24 weeks pregnant, Sheridan was readmitted to the hospital for high blood pressure. 


On December 15th, at 25 weeks gestational age, Nolan Luther was born via emergency c-section. He was beautiful and perfect in every way. Although he fought bravely, he was taken from our lives too soon and left us on December 28th.

Luckily, Sheridan has insurance. Most of her medical bills are covered. Unfortunately, she is the main source of income for her family while her husband is in school. The last thing that we want them to be concerned with as their family heals is financial worries. If you are able to help out, even just a little bit, our entire family would be extremely grateful.
