Never thought I’d be making a post like this but I’m doing it now to raise awareness and to show ya don’t need to hide away from it that you should hit it head on and never let it rule your life , on the 3rd September I found that cancer had sadly crept its way into my life anyone who is close to me knows I’ve been struggling with knee pain on the 31st of August I went and got an xray because of this xray it led to and MRI and because of this mri a tumour was found on me knee which was shown to be cancer news I never thought I’d find my self hearing or anyone would find them self hearing ,the week after this consisted of many different scans and a biopsy on the Tuesday to find out what really is going on in my body with pet scans and more MRI s to see if it had spread or stayed at the knee fast forward to today I’ve got my results back and now we have our plan in motion I have osteosarcoma an aggressive type of bone cancer which we have now found out has spread to my lungs which means this is going to be a very serious fight and a hell of a few months to come being an inpatient I begin my chemotherapy treatment for 10 weeks from Monday to hopefully begin surgery on me knee to kill the source than more chemotherapy and another operation in future for my lungs looking around 27 weeks in total of chemo I’m putting this post on to say that you never know what’s round the corner and that putting the hospital off and not seeking help should never be done but one thing I will say is cancer has picked the wrong lad so I will not sit there and let it do as it pleases I’m gonna hit this head on and kick it’s arse a thank you to all those close to me that wil help me though this
