Kick cancer in the unspeakables

This wonderful and vivacious person is Molly. Molly came into my life when it was coming apart at the seams and took me in (literally and figuratively). I could write a short novel on the impact this amazing being has had on my life. We became roommates and had adventures I will take to the grave. Without her, I don't know how I would have survived.
2021 was a disaster for everyone, but it came with a vendetta for Molly. For over a year, she had been battling health issues that no doctor or specialist would diagnose. Out of the blue, she lost her job of 10 years. Ever the optimist (something she will never admit to), she found a way forward and decided to pursue grad school. Meanwhile close family members were dealing with health battles of their own, including her husband. Didn't I say 2021 was being petty? November 2021, she was hospitalized where they found a mass on her pancreas. They immediately put in a stent before determining the mass was cancerous. Due to the size of the mass, they had to cut her open again and put in a much larger metal stent. It's just a flesh prison, right? In December, they put in a port for the chemo and she's been receiving infusions since. The goal is to shrink the mass significantly due to the location and risk involved before they can perform surgery which will take several months.
Now for the numbers; everyone knows living in Seattle on a single-income household is not possible. Because of the diagnosis, she had to drop out of school. The fatigue and excruciating pain from the chemo has been brutal. Most of her family is in Oklahoma so other than her wonderful husband; she has no support out there. This GoFundMe will help Molly pay her rent and bills while going through treatments. Every little helps so please give what you can. This amazing woman deserves better than what the universe had to offer. I'm in awe of her every day and hope you all can be a part of someone as extraordinary as Molly.
Thank you! <3
