"Dead End" Short Film

6 years ago we, Sydney Scotia and Kiarra Goldberg, met in Vancouver and discovered that we were both half Canadian, raised in Arizona and Virgos. Additionally, we share similar creative passions and after spending many years in LA and New York City, respectively, we are both back in Vancouver and have the opportunity to collaborate.

We are looking to expand our experience not only as actresses but behind the camera as directors and producers as well.  Over many hours of Zoom calls, we have co-written and began pre-production for a female-friendship driven, dark comedy short film that we are shooting in early October of 2020. 

We need your help to fund the rest of our production. 

Costs include but not limited to - 
- Camera Crew (DP, 1st AC, 2nd, AC, Gaffer, Key Grip)
- Craft Services
- Post Production Costs (sound mixing, editing, color correcting, etc.)
- Insurance Costs
- Gear Rental (lighting, etc.)
- Location Fees 
- COVID Safety Protocols and Supervisor
- Prop Rental
