Kiara's Journey to a Safe New Beginning

My name is Kiara, and these are my sons, Kenzai (almost1) Nikolai(5) and Joriel(10). I’ve been 3 years in a toxic relationship that sadly last 2 years it turned physical. It got physical while I was pregnant with our son. He got arrested and I had a protection order for a few months until it dropped and he was back at my doorstep demanding how he has a right to stay cause he was on the contract. I allowed it and we lived separately but things just kept getting worse and worse and mentally I couldn’t take it anymore, I’ve been out of work since I got pregnant it was a rough pregnancy all together and my mom reached out about sending for us to stay with her in Florida to get away so we waited til the boys were out of school and she sent for us 2 days after they finished I find myself away from all of our things and most of the baby’s belongings. I left with 5 pairs of clothes each and 2 PJ’s. Now I’m going back the 21st of August to gathering my belongings in a toxic environment. My mother has helped me so much and works 40+ hours a week and I feel horrible. I called the police station to see if they could be present as I pack and take my belongings out and they told me that they weren’t allowed to be there more than an hour that they could wrap around and check in but they can’t do more than just that. I’m flying down with all the kids to pack my things and drive back to Fl. I also find myself in the middle of back to school and the boys barely have anything for school I’ve been so tight and this move has been hard financially cause I don’t have the funds and the lil I have was for us to escape. This go fund me is to help me get my things to my mothers to get away from the hell we’ve been in for 3 years. I’ve been out of work and my mother can help so much… we just need a lil help for the u-haul trailer, moving help, gas and food to go down. And basic school supplies for the kids. And possibly a car seat for the baby that’s he’s still in the infant car seat. I’m not one to ask for help but I don’t know what else I could do. Nothing is too little and we appreciate anything!

UPDATE: we fly in the 21st to remove our things and just need money to get movers to not be in a toxic environment and to be able to have money for gas food and tolls for me and 3 boys.
