Kiara Brunner is a 15 year old Portland native with a goal to see more of the world. She has the chance to go to Costa Rica with Worldstrides, an organization that plans educational travel experiences for students. During this trip, Kiara will learn about the Costa Rican people, culture, and experience all that Costa Rica has to offer.

 Kiara also has had a rough winter. She had surgery in December and was hit by a car in January. This has taken a toll on her fund raising. She needs $3000 by May 31st.
