Khun Nopadon Roemkidkran funeral expenses - urgent support

Khun Nopadon has recently passed away from a sudden illness after living in Canada (Ottawa) for over 20 years. He worked at several Thai restaurants here in Ottawa and has been supporting his wife and family in Thailand throughout that time. His Thai friends have approached the Thai Association to ask if we could pass information about his death to everyone in the Thai community. He has little in the way of assets to cover his funeral costs and the return of his ashes to his family in Thailand. The approximate cost of this is $5000. Since his cremation is happening on May 22, there is an urgent need to raise funds to cover the costs.
