The story of how I became burdened for victims of sex trafficking is a long one. However, after spending a week at Samaritana Ministries two years ago in the spring, I could not ignore the burden God put on my heart for this ministry and these women. I have then since, been studying to pursue ministry in this field. 

As part of my education, I have been given the opportunity to do a six month internship with Samaritana Ministries in Manilla, Philippines,  starting in June. While there, I will be serving and living life along side survivors of sex trafficking. I will be given the opportunity of showing them Christ as I walk alongside them. 

Because this is a volunteer based internship, I will need to raise $6,000 for transportation to the Philippines, as well as paying for a visa, and daily living expenses for six months.
