Hi everyone,

I'm reaching out with a heavy heart on behalf of my cousin and uncle, who recently tragically lost their home and everything inside to a devastating fire on June 2, 2025. The fire broke out while they were asleep. Thankfully, they were able to wake-up and escape in time - but they lost not only their house, but also their belonging, family memories, and sense of security.

The beautiful solid wood house was built in 1910 and has been in our family for nearly 25 years when my grandmother bought it in July, 2002. The beautiful home was full of history, with lots of hard work, love and memore put into.

In just a matter of minutes, all of that was gone. Treasured belonging, family photos, keepsakes, clothes, furniture, and their sense of security reduced to ashes.

My uncle and cousin have always put others first and helped many people get back on their feet. While we are beyond grateful that they survived, the road ahead to rebuilding their lives emotional and financially is long and overwhelming.

This gofundme is to help them get back on their feet and with immediate essentials like temporary housing, clothing, food, and basic necessities - and if possible towards rebuilding what they have lost.
