Update: My brother spoke with the funeral home and he has been told that so many people from Khloe’s community donated to her funeral expenses directly to the funeral home. The donations from this gofundme account will pay the remainder of Khloe’s funeral expenses, and therefore our goal has been met. Anything that remains from these donations will be used for Brantley’s other children and time off work. Funeral services will be held at Blue Springs Church in Salina, OK on May 4th, 2023.

My name is Elizabeth, I am Khloe’s aunt. It is with extreme sadness that we announce the devastating news that Khloe Rector is being kept alive by a ventilator. Khloe was transported to the hospital Monday (4/24) afternoon after complaining of a severe migraine. Her prognosis quickly changed from stable to critical when Khloe became unresponsive and was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. Her mother and father have made the unimaginable decision to remove Khloe from life support this afternoon (4/26). They have also made the decision for Khloe to give the ultimate gift of life to others, as Khloe will be an organ, eye, and tissue donor.

Khloe was a shining light to so many people. She was a talented little girl, who loved playing basketball, playing the trumpet, and she was a talented and graceful dancer, who loved to perform. She was the 2nd oldest child of 6 other siblings in the home, who will desperately miss her. Khloe will be terribly missed by so many people, including siblings, mother, father, grandparents, aunts, uncles, teachers, and friends.

Khloe’s family is understandably shocked, devastated, and not prepared for planning the funeral for their 12 year old daughter. Please help us raise money to cover medical expenses and funeral costs for sweet Khloe.
