On 27th sept Along with 15 other work friends my dad is completing (or trying haha) the Yorkshire 3 peaks in aid of Andy’s man club.

Some might know that this is a cause extremely close to our hearts and any donation big or small will go towards AMC directly and help with stuff like opening more local clubs, training for volunteers and creating more rescources that encourage men to seek help and break the stigma.

“ I wasn’t familiar with Andys man club before now but it’s a club that every man should think about taking part in as we all go through struggles and need people to talk to, there is always someone there for a chat and these groups are exactly that. “

Every donation will help us show that we support men’s mental health, and show men, just like my dad, that they aren’t alone
