Khayree Rasheed Washington was born in Los Angeles, CA on June 26, 1977. He has two brothers and two sisters that he cherished dearly. He was always a happy and joyful baby, which in his own right became an intelligent and loving young man. Everyone that Khayree came into contact with embraced his authentic love and infectious smile. Khayree was an amazing chief, who loved to cook for close family and friends. Cooking was a way for him to show his true love.
Khayree has always had a loving attitude that rubbed off onto everyone that stepped in his path from 54th Elementry School to Palms Middle School to University High to Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island. He was able to maintain many friendships from University High throughout adulthood until, life struggles took over Khayree's infectious smile and loving attitude. Khayree's life struggles hindered him from being successful in life for over five years. He was widely loved by his family and close friends regardless of his struggles.
He was dealing with tremendous pain due colon cancer. On Monday May 1, 2017 he passed out and was rushed to the emergency room where he was put on life support. He was revived several times throughout the evening until he was no longer able to be resuscitate. Tuesday May 2, 2017 at 6:43pm he made the transition, GOD called his child home to stop all his pain, suffering, and struggles. The memories we all have will continue to be shared and will live forever. Khayree is at peace celebrating a new life with his loving aunt, mother, and other close relatives that will again get to enjoy that infectious smile and loving attitude.
