In memory of Khanh Nguyen

Hi my name is Thien Nguyen. Recently on Monday morning at 1:29am, March 17th my mother passed away due to stage 4 lung cancer. She was admitted into the ICU last Monday where we found out she was terminally ill. She was an amazing mother who did what she could for her children. I am heartbroken and at a great loss. I am 19 years old working as a server living on my own. Last year my father had unfortunately passed as well. I am struggling on my own with little guidance and family to rely on. I also have a disabled sister that my mother was taking care of and now carry that responsibility. I graduated highschool in 2023 and have not been able to attend a secondary education due to my family's financial situation. I was planning on attending school next semester, however I am not able to with these recent circumstances . I am not sure how to move forward.
