Hello- On behalf of the 12U Naperville Sabres CS Prospect team, we are asking for help for one of our teammates and his family. Adam's little sister, Jenna, passed away this weekend after being born with a rare genetic disorder called "PURA" syndrome. She was a fighter and beat many odds, and now as her mom would put it, "she has her wings and is now a real angel." Jenna was five years old and would have been 6 in January.
