Lets beat Cancer
Donation protected
Hi my name is Lisette
My mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer stage 3 when she was 53. She fought it and beat it. My grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 72 fought it and beat it, later on in life, she had difficulties swallowing her food, comes to find out she was stage 4 esophageal cancer and did not make it. 6 1/2 years later after my mother had cancer I received a phone call while hiking I was diagnosed with cancer 2 weeks after my 37 th birthday and later was told stage 2. I had receive chemo and radiation I had surgeries and had a port inserted on the right side near my chest. I had every bad symptoms from treatment. My mother could not understand why if she was stage 3 and I was stage 2. The doctors kept saying everyone is different.
I for many years wanted to do something for Cancer Awareness and I have given free cuts to people and facial shaves and eyebrow shaping. I was given the idea to start a go fund me to raise money for donation if I am giving free hair cuts. Many people who are diagnosed with cancer some or most people get rejected from temporary help as I was denied food stamps and temporary disability but had to continue keep trying where I gave up. Lucky I lived with my mom and she took care of my 2 kids and me while I was sick . Here I am wanting to raise money for those who need it in the city I live in and I chose to donate to the hospital where I am still being treated with the after math of cancer. All proceeds will go to St. Vincent Cancer Swim located in Bridgeport, CT . They try to get you the help they can as they tried for me and also I hope this will help others once the money is donated to them. Please help me for October Cancer Awareness to raise money for Cancer and I will be giving free cuts to people and I will provide for my own chair. All proceeds will be donated. Help me reach my goal, any donation counts there’s no such thing as too little or big Thank you
