To all my family and friends, I know I’ve been distant lately but, as you may or may not know I’ve had my share of family tragedy this year. Losing my brother was hard but I didn’t think I’d lose my mom 4 months later. As many of you know my mom had been battling Alzheimer's and Parkinson’s for a few years now. My mom was also a beautiful woman who loved life and was a great mother and grandmother. I have to be totally honest I really don’t what to say, except that I need help. My mom didn’t have it easy growing up, and even with out a college degree she persevered. She ended up working for one of the largest CPA firms in the world. That says something about her character. She was my best friend, and it’s important for me to make sure I do right by her. My mother’s wishes were to be cremated, but she left nothing behind for the services. I’m asking 50 of my friends if they could donate 100$ or whatever you can give would be greatly appreciated.
