Monarch Learning Academy is an independent, Christian preschool and elementary school for children ages one year through fifth grade.
What sets Monarch apart is our commitment to service, both locally and globally. Rather than just talking about the importance of service, we want to show our children first-hand what a life dedicated to service can look like. Elementary school students attend a weekly class called Monarch Serves, where they follow their areas of interest into creating service projects that benefit our community and world. This year students have compiled blessing bags to be given to those in need, spruced up a forgotten fire station, and supported international refugees. Each summer, a group of Monarch families travels to rural Guatemala to provide vision clinics and wood-burning stoves to indigenous families there.
A Monarch education should be available to all children. We provide scholarships to families on a sliding scale. Our scholarship program is something we are proud of and that we would like to grow. Your contribution will allow more children to attend Monarch Learning Academy, a special place where academics, service, and kindness come to life.
Your contribution will also help fund both preschool and elementary school ongoing environmental projects such as butterfly gardens, which promote healthy Monarch butterfly migration, and vegetable gardens, which teach children numerous valuable lessons.
Finally, we are fundraising because we are growing. God has brought us many wonderful families to serve and we are fast outgrowing our space. Your donation will help us to outfit additional classrooms and provide more experiential life-changing moments for students and their families.
We are exceedingly thankful to you for your interest in our school. Please consider making a donation to our fund, which is an investment in the future growth of our school and in allowing more children access to our service, arts, and academic programs. We thank you in advance for your generosity!
