My name is Sam and about a year ago I fell from a fifth story window and permanently damaged many nerves in my body and as a result I can no longer walk or do a lot of things on my own. I am being removed from my facility I have been at and have not been able to find work that I’m capable of doing yet. Recently I was admitted to the hospital for kidney issues and they don’t really know what’s wrong with them but my creatinine levels are about four times higher than they should ever be. I have an ever growing pile of medical bills and expect more to come. Anything helps.
