On March 7th 2015, I am taking part in the Iron Man Challenge in New Zealand. This will be the hardest physical and mental challenge I have ever set for myself. The event also marks my 50th birthday so what better way to celebrate.

I am taking this opportunity to raise money for three charities that I hold close to my heart. These charties are Taigh Farrais (Respite, Forres), Moray and Nairn Autistic Society and Scottish Bakers Benevolent Fund.
