Hi, my name is Ashley and I am fundraising for my dad, Jason. As many of you may know, he has been living with kidney failure for years, but it has only recently become more emergent. He is in need of a kidney transplant and will possibly be put on dialysis soon.

Both my parents (Lisa & Jason) are in Utah for testing pertaining to his kidney function, hoping to explore other options for a transplant. We found out he not only has kidney failure, but is also at risk for a massive heart attack due to a blockage in his main ventricle artery. He went in for surgery today which the doctor could not complete due to my dad's condition being worse than anticipated. My parents are now in Utah waiting for next steps and aren't sure what that entails yet.

These donations will solely go toward paying some of my dad's medical bills, as well as hotel & car rental for while they are in Utah.
