Running for Jack - London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025
Hiya, my name is Brooke, and I’m running a half marathon to honor the memory of my boyfriend - Jack Cummings. Jack died suddenly in May 2024. Since his passing, I’ve turned to running as a form of healing. It’s become more than just a physical activity for me; it’s a way to find peace and a connection to Jack. When I run, it feels like a form of meditation - a time for me to reflect and heal.
The London Landmarks Half Marathon means more to me than just crossing the finish line. It’s a symbol of strength, resilience, and the power of mental health. I’m running not only to remember Jack but also to raise awareness and funds to support The Compassionate Friends.
Every donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference. Your support will not only help me accomplish this personal milestone but will also contribute to an important cause.
Thank you for your kindness, support, and encouragement. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on mental health awareness and support those who need it most.
