On Thursday the 23rd, my niece Lianna was driving her brother to go snowboarding when they were hit head on by a vehicle driving the wrong way on the highway. Tragically the pregnant driver that caused the accident, Genesis Stanton, did not make it and was not insured.

While my niece’s injuries aren’t life threatening, they are life changing. She had to have emergency surgery and then another surgery the very next day. Her pelvis was crushed, she has a broken femur, both wrists are broken, a broken arm and a broken ankle, along with burns from the airbag and seatbelt. Fortunately her brother is ok. He’s traumatized I’m sure but physically ok as far as I’m aware at this time.

Any help, no matter the size, could be a game changer for them. She has a very long road ahead of her and the other driver not being insured has definitely caused even more stress during this time.
