Fight for our constitutional rights!

Hello, my name is Juanita Hernandez and I have created this Go Fund Me to help with fees in processing my lawsuit against an Illinois Prison. I am an advocate for change in Illinois laws and have been retaliated against by staff of an Illinois Prison. My husband is currently incarcerated in Illinois and has also experienced this same treatment.

The reason a lawsuit is being filed is because officers have put a stop order on me, Juanita Hernandez, for all video and in person visits throughout the entire state of Illinois, for something that is entirely false. This Includes not seeing my husband. Suppressing our marriage and violating my rights of free speech. Using defamation, intimidation and lies as a tool to their advantage.

By filing this lawsuit it will bring attention and awareness to the issues many of us family members face when it comes to dealing with correctional officers and correctional facilities. Providing strength in our families and loved ones with a glimmer of hope that this is seen through a strong argument of a strong marriage that refuses to surrender.
