Hi, I’m Meghan and I’m raising money to fund my dog Walter’s cancer treatment.

In early March Walter was diagnosed with apocrine gland anal sac adenocarcinoma — a very aggressive cancer in his anal glands. Thankfully, the veterinary oncologist says we caught it before it spread to his other organs.

We have to act quickly, though. We need to get these tumors surgically removed, and then begin a course of radiation treatment, to be sure the cancer is totally gone. With surgery, he will have the greatest chance at survival and have the best quality of life.

Walter has brought so much joy to my life and to the lives of those around him. He is the best boy and he’s not going down without a fight!
