On the night of october 23rd tragedy struck our Grand Ledge community. Michael’s life was taken far too soon when he was struck by a car. He was a bright, kind-hearted soul whose presence touched everyone who knew him.

Michael was a beloved son, friend, and member of our community — full of potential, laughter, and love. His passing has left a hole in the hearts of many, especially his mother, who is now facing the unimaginable loss of her child.

Michael’s mom is a single mother who has always done everything she could to provide for her family. Now, she faces the heartbreaking task no parent should ever endure — laying her child to rest. We are coming together to help ease her financial burden during this devastating time.

All donations will go directly toward funeral and burial expenses to give Michael the proper goodbye he deserves. Any amount — no matter how small — will help this grieving mother honor her son’s memory and find some peace amid this tragedy.

I just wanted to put a little update and think everybody who has already donated no matter the amount you have made quite a difference in this family‘s life! I wanted to put an update as well to let you all know that the money is going to go directly to the mother to help her with everything that she needs help with right now money is not something any parent should have to worry about when laying a child to rest.
