Help Julian Espinoza Garcia beat his cancer

Hello! My name is Cristian. I am a close family friend of Julian. Im creating this GoFundMe for him. Julian is a 66 years old family man. He was born in Colima, Mexico. He currently lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. He arrived to this country 26 years ago. He arrived full of dreams, goals and illusions for creating a better future for his family. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with cancer in 2017.
He has completed 35 radiation treatments with Doctor, Paul Treadwell. In 2018 his doctor decided it was time to move forward to the next step because the radiation treatments were not helping. Doctor Treadwell mentioned to him about moving forward with a surgery. Julian did not have health insurance so unfortunately he was unable to go through with that option. No matter where his situation takes him, he always continues to be positive. He always says that god is there helping him push through these obstacles.
Now in 2022 the cancer has began to invade his brain and his lungs. He is seeking for help to be able to pay for a new study that needs to be performed and also for any future treatments needed.

Hola, mi nombre es Julián Espinoza García y tengo 66 años. Soy originario de Colima, Mexico y llegue a este gran país hace 26 años con muchos sueños e ilusiones. Trabajo muy duro para mi familia pero desafortunadamente fui diagnosticado con cancer en el año 2017.
Tuve un tratamiento de 35 radiaciones en el Doctor Paul Treadwell y para el 2018 viendo que la radiación no era suficiente, necesitaba una cirugía pero por no tener seguro médico no se me pudo hacer esta cirugía.
Trate de sobrellevar esta enfermedad con altibajos en mi salud, pero con la ayuda de Dios he seguido adelante, pero ahora en el 2022 el cancer está invadiendo mi cerebro y los pulmones.
Por lo que en estos momentos me veo en la necesidad de pedir su ayuda para un estudio y futuro tratamientos que voy a necesitar.
