Hi, my name is Jennifer McClurg and my family is writing on behalf of our dad, George Strollo. As some of you may already know, our dad was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer a little over a week ago. While we can’t control the outcome of this diagnosis, we know that he will fight it with all that he has! We want him to focus on getting stronger, not to worry about how we can get what he needs to win that fight! That’s where we need your help. We have had an outpouring of requests to show support to our dad and our family during this time and this is the best way we know how at this moment. If you feel in your heart to give, please know that these funds will go directly to George (dad) and his care. Whether it's for medical equipment, medical bills, medications & treatments, food & nutritional support, gas money for numerous appointments, and supportive care...you name it. We have already encountered multiple obstacles to accessing timely and sufficient care and treatment.

We know our mom and dad would never ask for help, but I truly believe people want to help and we know that our family has an amazing community rallying behind us. If you know George, you know just how special he is…he’s still making us laugh, making sure we water his vegetable plants, and is always asking about his 5 grandchildren!
