Trip to India and Nepal

Dear Friends and Family,

As some of you may know, I'm headed off to Boston this fall to attend Tufts University. (So excited!) But before I do, I've got one more adventure planned. This May, some of my classmates and I will be traveling to India and Nepal for three whole weeks. We will begin our trip in the city, staying with host families in Pokarha, we will spend time teaching in some of the local schools, visiting temples and tea houses, and finally, we will spend twelve days in Nepal trekking in the Himalayas. In order to bring all of this to fruition, I need to come up with the funding for travel expenses as well as gear. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I could not be more excited or more grateful to be given this opportunity, and I look forward to sharing my stories (and lots of pictures) with you when I get back. Thank you!
