Keziah's once in a life time Cambodia trip

Hi my name is Keziah Reeve, I am 15 years old and was born with Spina-bifida, (a birth defect which affects the development of my spine). Because of this I need help with learning new things and mobility, I can walk but need  a wheel chair sometimes to help me get around, I wear AFO's (ankle foot orthotics) to help support my walking as I have very little feeling from my waist down.

I am a fun loving quite girl who is very determined to achieve the best  out of life. I try to not let my condition affect my independence and stop me from achieving my goals.

I'm in year 9 at school. My school is putting on a trip to Cambodia this year to experience a different culture and visit a community centre that my school house  supports. I would like to go on this trip but because of my medical needs and mobility issues, I will need to have a carer come with me. I/my parents will need to pay for their airfare, accommodation and food as well as my own for the 8 days we are away. I would love any support I can to make this once in a life time trip happen for me.

Hi I'm Sharon, Keziah's mum. Keziah has struggled most of her life to make friends and be involved in extra-curricular activities. I believe this could be a great stepping stone for Keziah to start friendships and form strong bonds.
