Kezaiah Ride

In the most humblest way, the Lewis family would like to ask for donations to purchase a wheelchair accessible van for our loved one Kezaiah (KK). Kezaiah suffers from severe Cerebral Palsy, a disorder that affects a person’s ability to move and maintain balance and posture. KK has frequent medical visits, mostly in Birmingham, AL. He is a growing young man and we are very thankful for him. As KK gets older his weight increases which makes it more difficult to lift him. The purchase of a van will help tremendously with transporting him safely. At a young age, KK’s mother was killed in a triple homicide. Since this tragic event occurred, he has been in the care of his aunt who is now his legal guardian. His family works extremely hard to give him the proper care that he needs. Any monetary donation that your heart desires you to give would be greatly appreciated.
