Keyon’s Road To Recovery

On July 15, 2021 My Only Child Keyon was out riding his BMX Bike with Friends when he was Hit and dragged for 2 blocks by drunk driver. Keyon is 12 years young a beautiful child, who loves riding his bike and doing tricks on them!!! On this beautiful sunny day all that Keyon loves to do was sadly interrupted by a man who decided to drive his Big Truck while Drunk! Keyon was stuck and drug by the truck for 2 blocks, trapped under the front tire. He suffered serious, and very severe injuries to his legs, back, stomach and private areas. Keyon is in pain daily, yet his spirit is full of hope, happiness and smiles. Keyon has to had several surgeries, several skin graphs and needs to have many more to try to get back to some normalcy. I am a single Mother to Keyon, I work two jobs to care for my happy, loving, and handsome son. I had to take leave from both jobs since this incident has happened. I am asking for assistance, something I have never done before. I am a independent private person, yet I am in need of my community, friends and family support during this unexpected tragic moment. I will be using these funds to pay bills, transportation, food, and many other expenses during this long hospital stay. I will also be buying Keyon another bike. His bike, cell phone and ear buds were destroyed in the accident. Many of his fellow riders have reach out and shown so much support. We are Grateful for all the love and well wishes!!
