Keylah's Memory: Aid for Sara's Recovery

Our family has been struck by tragedy. Yesterday, we lost our beautiful niece, Keylah, in a car accident. She was a radiant light in this world, set to graduate high school in a few weeks. She had been accepted to Arizona University and was looking forward to fulfilling her dream of becoming a music teacher.

My sister, Sara, was also in the car and suffered severe injuries. She was airlifted to Duluth Hospital, where doctors have her sedated to aid her recovery. She has yet to learn that her only daughter has passed away. My brother-in-law is left to hold the pieces together with four more children at home. He is with Sara in Duluth, while family members are helping to watch the other children.
