Hi, my name is Bridget, and I am the owner of Key Life Fitness. We have been in business since 2010 and have serviced over 1000 families, from South Florida to Central Florida. We've been mobile for 10 years, doing bootcamps, personal training, health seminars, and CPR Trainings. My passion has always been to open a gym... and WE MADE IT! It's been a 12-year dream to have our OWN LOCATION, and NOW is the time.

From starting with one person, to growing, to being able to serve so many. My passion is to educate and assist people on their health journey, and to empower them to see themselves as MORE THAN ENOUGH to fulfill their life PURPOSE; to be HEALTHY, and to CREATE THE BEST VERSION of themselves. I am excited to continue to serve, now In OUR OWN BUILDING. But, we need your help to accomplish our goal.

Our goal is to serve our community through CPR/First Aid Training, group fitness classes, health seminars and education, a women's empowerment program, online programming and single-parent assistance. We plan to use health and fitness to fuel our passion for changing lives from the inside out.

Any amount can help, as opening a brick and mortar business can be expensive. Our current expenses consists of a lease, contractors, insurance, government permits and fees, equipment, and so much more. We have already started this process and need funds to complete it and begin reaching our community, both in person and online.
