Kevin and Denise Support Fund

Donation protected
On Thursday, October 30, in the late evening, Kevin went to the Des Moines, Iowa hospital with chest pain.  After several tests in the ER, Kevin was diagnosed with an aortic dissection that required immediate surgery.

Kevin spent the next 9 hours in surgery to repair his aorta and replace his aortic valve.  The surgery was successful and he was recovering.  However, the following week, Kevin was having weakness on one side of his body, and it was determined he was having a possible stroke. Kevin was taken to the Cath lab emergently. As Kevin was in too much pain to lay on his back during the catheterization, he was sedated and intubated. Kevin still remains on the ventilator to this day.  He still has a long road to his recovery.

Denise has been fortunate to have friends in the Iowa area, who only live about 5 minutes from the hospital. This family has been so welcoming to Denise, allowing her to stay with them.

Kevin & Denise need our support (financially) to help with this long recovery. We are reaching out to the many family and friends who have been touched by Kevin or Denise in some way.
