Over the last few years i have lost 2 very close mates to mental health and all because they struggled to talk to someone and if they did medical professionals didn't want to know or had limited resources in being able to help

in this day and age a person should be able to have a place to go to help get their minds clear and help rebuild themselves without any judgement

this is where first contact uk comes in they are aiming to buy multiple holiday homes in various locations This will be used for Respite for people that are currently using therapies & services

Thomas who created First Contact is a mental health sufferer himself and is very keen to change the whole process and i want to help

i am competing in a white collar boxing match called punching for pounds on the 29th of October and want to raise at least a thousand pounds for this cause and in the name of my mates their fight was allot greater than mine but by stepping in the ring for the first time i hope to raise money to start something allot bigger
