Hi, this is Kaleb, Kevin Rankin's son. If you've ever met my dad, you know he'd be upset at me making one of these for him but I'll get straight to the point.

 

My dad has had back problems in the past and one surgery for it as well. He's currently in England at a hospital undergoing a huge amount of pain. He will be flying back to the USA to get spinal surgery that will change his life.

 

He's on tour with A Flock Of Seagulls and had to drop out of the tour half way through because his back gave out and he crawled for almost three hours to get help before he could reach his phone. Not only that, but he won't get paid for the tour now since he's not playing.

 

I'm asking for your help because I can't go to England to be with him. I will be honest- as a family we have no money to make this surgery happen. All of his medical bills are starting to put us very deep in the hole and I'm asking you as his son for your help.

 

Your love for him has already changed his life, and the rest of our family, but right now what he needs is this surgery. Any amount you're able to put towards his operation will be greatly appreciated.
