Help with Funeral Expenses for Kevin Kahn
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Angela Thomas, one of Kevin Kahn's daughters.
My father, Kevin, died of cancer on March 30th, 2024. We are fundraising to help cover his funeral costs. He was diagnosed just a year ago and bravely battled cancer to the very end. My father is Diné (Navajo) from Flagstaff, AZ, and grew up both in town and on his family's cattle ranch. He was the son of Franklin Kahn and Mary Jane Kahn, who were both inspiring to many social groups.
My father was a Silversmith who loved to create jewelry, an artisan who created various arts in various mediums. He, as well, was a drummer and singer for a inter-tribal group called High Noon, which inspired him into singing and drumming for the Native American Church.
Although he was quiet, he loved meeting new people. He loved the powwow circuit which led him to travel across the United States in his youth. He, then, continued to travel the country when he became a CDL truck driver in his mid life. Life led him to many new places he's never been before, but always enjoyed returning home with new stories to tell.
He is survived by his siblings, children and grandchildren, all who loved him dearly. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
